Birthday Prep

Back from vacation and already busy with life. On Tuesday, March 15, we hurried into preparations for Koria's and Kimball's fifth birthdays. We were all out of food, so when I asked the kids what they wanted me to buy for their birthday dinner and they replied, "FONDUE," I knew that a shopping trip was necessary. I wimped out this year and bought a premade cake, in the discounted bakery section, then came home and turned it into a Star Wars cake for the twins, which they had also requested. Easiest cake I've made to date. I just bought a pack of premade colored frosting, then wrote their names on top and slapped a few Star Wars figures (that they chose) into the frosting. Walla!
