Monday night we started some of the preparation for our trip to celebrate Koria and Kimball's fifth birthday. It's still a surprise to them, and probably many of you, so we'll keep it at that until next Monday night when we head out. It takes a lot of food and planning to get this family on the road for five days. Here's a start to the food and drink section.
Looks like you are planning a great trip - the souvenirs might give away the location to your trip, though . . . I hope K&K don't accidentally find out where you are going.
